Can't reach AI Patrol?
If sign-in or pages won't load, your network is most likely blocking our backend host. This is common on corporate networks, VPNs, or computers with strict security software.
Quick fixes to try first
One of these usually works in seconds.
Switch networks. Try a phone hotspot or your home Wi-Fi. If it works there, your work network is the cause.
Disable any VPN and reload the page.
Try a different browser or an incognito window – some browser extensions block API calls.
Ask IT to allowlist these domains
Share this page with your IT team. AI Patrol talks to these hosts over HTTPS (port 443) and WebSockets (WSS).
Some firewalls flag *.supabase.co by default. It's the managed backend platform we use for authentication and data – it's safe to allow.
